Electronic Communications & E-SIGN Consent

By using bonitapayments.net, submitting a form, or entering into a transaction or application with Bonita, you consent to conduct business electronically and to receive records, disclosures, notices, and communications ("Communications") from Bonita in electronic form, under the federal E-SIGN Act and applicable state law, including the Louisiana Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

Your electronic signature — including clicking "submit," "I agree," or "accept," typing your name, or signing through an electronic signature service — has the same legal effect, validity, and enforceability as a handwritten signature, and electronically executed agreements are legally binding.

We may provide Communications by posting them on the Site, by email to the address you provide, or through an electronic signature or portal service. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and maintaining access to a valid email account and internet connection.

To access and retain electronic Communications you need a device with internet access, a current web browser, a valid email address, and the ability to view and save PDF documents. If our requirements change in a way that creates a material risk you cannot access or retain Communications, we will notify you.

You may request a paper copy of any Communication, or withdraw consent to receive Communications electronically, by contacting info@bonitapayments.net. Withdrawing consent does not affect the validity of Communications provided before withdrawal, and may limit or delay your ability to use certain Services or complete an application. We may charge a reasonable fee for paper copies where permitted by law and disclosed in advance.
